I am a learner driver or rider, can I still buy from you?
Yes of course, you do not have to be a driving or riding tutor to buy from us - we are happy to accept all orders large or small.
Can I be sure that I will get the most up-to-date version of the products you sell?
Absolutely - we only sell current editions of books and multimedia products. We do not sell 'clearance' items from our books and multimedia range. There is little point in you buying out-of-date learning materials.
Do you have a shop that I can visit to view the products?
Grade Six Supplies Ltd. operates strictly on a mail order basis and does not operate a retail outlet. For safety reasons we are unable to accept visitors to our manufacturing and distribution site without prior appointment. The goods we sell are well known and widely available within the driver and rider training professions. If unsure of product you can ask us for samples (when available). If you purchase from us you have the right under the distance selling regulations to return goods that you do not want - see our terms & conditions.
Is there any limit on the number of times I can purchase a 'discount deal'?
No! Unless stated otherwise, all our discount deals and promotions relate to readily available stock items. If we offer a deal on a product with limited availability we supply on a first come - first served basis.
Do you offer a customer loyalty scheme?
Yes! We have always operated a loyalty discount scheme for regular customers. With our new site we can track your purchasing habits and offer a discount voucher based on the frequency of ordering and the volume you buy. The vouchers are cumulative and can be used for up to 12 months from date of issue. You will need to subscribe to our Newsletter to avail of our loyalty scheme. You can elect to take a loyalty reward in vouchers or donate the value to one of the charities we support.
I have a voucher or offer code - how do I use it?
Enter the voucher code in the 'search box'. You will be directed to a hidden category page showing the offers specific to that code. If your voucher code is for a percentage or fixed price discount, you should tell us the code at checkout - these discounts will be credited to your payment card within 30 days of despatch of your goods or transferred to the 'charity pot' of your choice.
Are the prices on your website inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. Some products and bundle deals contain a mix of standard and zero-rated goods. The rate of VAT applied to these products is apportioned accordingly.
What do you charge for postage and how long will it take for me to receive my order?
To minimise your costs, this site has been designed to calculate postage costs based on the weight, volume and value of your order. The postage and delivery options for your order will be displayed at checkout. In fairness to all our customers we do not surcharge for delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or Northern Ireland. Refer to our shipping page for details.
