UK Postage:

This site has been designed to calculate available postage options based on the weight, size and value of your order. At checkout you will be shown the available options for your order. 

Royal Mail:

For small and low value orders your goods can be despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery post. Your goods will usually be delivered within 2-4 working days. There are two charging levels according to the weight and value of your items. Note that we can only track a Royal Mail recorded item after an attempted delivery has been made.

Standard service:

We use a sheduled tracked service as standard. Your goods are scheduled for delivery within 2 working days of despatch* (excludes weekends and bank holidays). 

Priority service:

For urgent orders you can select our scheduled tracked priority service at a small additional cost. Your goods will be scheduled for delivery within 1 working day of despatch* (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland - No surcharge:

Conicident with launch of our new web site and in fairness to all our customers we have decided that at this time we will subsidise rather than surcharge for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Customers from these areas should note, however, that because of the geographical location, scheduled services may take up to 24 hours longer to reach you than for mainland UK customers.  

*Despatch:

For stock items, if we receive your order before 12 noon on a working day we aim to despatch goods the same day. Orders received after 12 noon may not be despatched until the following working day.

For personalised products (lettered vehicle signs, business cards and stationery etc) we suggest you allow up to 7 working days from order (or from confirmation of acceptance of proof if you have requested one).

If your order contains both stock and personalised items, they will be despatched as one parcel when your personalised goods are ready.

If we are unable to fulfil a priority service despatch for stock items received before noon, the cost difference between the Standard and Priority Service will be refunded to your credit or debit card.

At our discretion we may elect to send your goods by a method other than you select if, for logistical reasons, we believe your goods will arrive sooner by the alternate method.

Delivery:

All deliveries are made by a third party and delivery times are therefore out of our control and can not be guaranteed by us.
