    Kiva Locked Suction Cup Eye Check Mirror

    This eye check driving instructor mirror (10 x 5.5cm approx) is made from 3mm hand finished convex glass backed up with a substantial injection-moulded support and fitted with the exceptionally powerful KIVA locking suction cup. The ball joint allows adjustment to see the driver's head and eye movements.

    Mirrors by Motaysan Automotive are available in the UK exclusively though G6S. In order to get the best from your mirror please pay attention to the following:

    TO INSTALL: Before using, keep the suction cup open and ensure the flexible sucker is clean.

    Clean the surface where the mirror is going to be placed. Use a dry lint free cloth – do not use water, solvents or abrasives.
    Place the suction cup against the glass in the desired position – apply light pressure and the cup should hold. Switch the latch to the closed position to get maximum suction force. Now you can adjust the mirror for use.

    We suggest you check Kiva mirrors are firmly fixed each time you get in the vehicle. Note that with time all suction devices will lose vacuum. For your safety we recommend that you remove the mirror at least once every 6 weeks, clean the glass and then replace it.

    TO REMOVE: Hold the mirror by it’s edge and switch the latch to the open position. You MUST lift the small tab to release the flexible cup from the glass. Even with the lock released the mirror will still be firmly attached. Failure to lift the tab can result in breakage of the mirror assembly.

    Warranty & Returns

    Returns: If you have decided not to keep an item you have bought from us online, and wish to return it, please complete the details on your delivery note and send it back to us in a new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item. If you simply do not like your purchase, you will need to return the item at your own expense. All goods must be in a new and unused condition and sent together with a copy of your original email receipt. We can only reimburse postage costs if on inspection we find the goods to be faulty or if we have supplied incorrectly.

    Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods: If you think we have supplied incorrectly or believe a product is faulty please contact us before making the return. This will help us deal with the problem efficiently. If we agree an item that you have returned was faulty, we will exchange the item or refund the full cost including any delivery charges incurred where appropriate.

    Refunds: We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible, however, during busy periods this may take up to 14 days. Refunds can only be made to the card that was used at the time of purchase. Your card will be refunded as soon as we have processed your returned items.

    We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.

    Warrantee: Unless otherwise stated all products offered are covered by our 12 month return to base guarantee. This means we will replace or repair any item that has failed due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date you receive it. The guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and fault caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Please be aware that faulty goods may have to be sent on to our suppliers and therefore any refunds or exchanges may take up to 14 working days.

    Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items such as signage, stationery or promotional items).
